We have been offering our home for 20+ years ... after an extensive search, we landed on Shoreline Properties as a “nice match”. Smaller. Customer-oriented. Lower cost structure. While it is our first season with Shore Pro, I am pleased with the ease of transition and access to the “hands-on” owners.

My guest relayed to me that she was soooo pleased with Shoreline’s check-in process. She really appreciated that you texted her to let her know the unit was ready and available to go in early. She said it was the best experience she has had since she has been coming to OC - 15 years.

I just wanted to thank you for the great job you do renting our property. We are already fully rented from Memorial Day through the third week in September!Also, we received two 5-star comments last year and have a 5-star rating. We could not have this rating without your oversight and our unit being properly cleaned.In addition, your staff is always professional and courteous. I cannot remember everyone's name, but I know I have spoken with Jen and Bonnie many times.Best wishes for the coming rental season.

"My family has been doing business as a property owner with Shoreline for over 20 years. There are several members in our partnership so I only have a few 'in-season" weeks each year. Many agencies will not even list my property but Shoreline has never complained about the effort it takes for little payout. AND these weeks vary every year so we had to re-visit it every Spring. Through the year, they are called on for emergencies and maintenance folks to supply keys, information, etc... and they are always helpful. They are a real family business and when my mother died, I took the time to write to the managers and thank her for many years of friendship and good business. Our pool and door keys change constantly and there has never been a single incident where they did not provide the correct keys."

We are owners of an Ocean Hideaway condo and we chose Shoreline because of the owners and staff. Every time we needed them they answered and took ownership of the smallest issue. We take great pride in the product that we offer and Shoreline helps us in keeping a high standard.
