Shoreline Properties hopes all is well with you and your loved ones. Slowly but surely the warm weather and sunshine are returning to us here at the beach. Similarly, the horizon of the current COVID-19 situation also is slowly beginning to have a shimmering hope.
Governor Hogan released a "Roadmap to Recovery" on April 24 th outlining a plan to slowly reopen the state of Maryland. Essentially it is a 3 Step plan cautiously reopening businesses after certain criteria is met. The full plan can be found here:

The first step calls for the lifting of the "Stay at Home" order and the allowance of people to participate in outdoor activities. And what better activity to enjoy than having some fun in the sun on the beach.
We have contacted our cleaners to make sure units are cleaned to CDC standards before the arrival of any guest. They have been instructed on proper cleaning guidelines and proper cleaning supplies to use in order to make the guest feel safe.
Though no concrete time table has come out for this reopening we are hoping for it to be in Mid-to-Late May and tentatively have set to re-open May 22'nd , 2020. Us here at Shoreline Properties will be counting down the days until the beach reopens so we can see our wonderful customers enjoy their time at the beach.
