Look no further for the perfect vacation place to spend with your family at the beach. Whispering Sands 303 has everything you need for your sun and fun at the beach. This large well appointed and comfy 3 Bedroom 2 Bath is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The cozy, brightly colored living room is furnished with comfy couches with a large smart TV. This large living area has two large sliding glass doors to the wide ocean view balcony allowing plenty of light to fill the open spaces of the living area. The balcony is furnished with quality balcony furniture to enjoy and relax. Adjacent to the large living area there is an extra sleeping area with a double Murphy bed that you can open for that extra guest if needed.

Whispering Sands 303 is one of Ocean City's best locations with the 45th Street Shopping Center across the street featuring restaurants, ice cream, and other shopping venues, and the beach is just a short walk away. You and your family, after spending a day at the beach can take a dip in the pool located next to the building.

This property comfortably sleeps 10 people with a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom, another King in the third bedroom, a sleep sofa and a double Murphy bed in the attached living area.

Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces one space is assigned space to 303 the other space is first come first serve, plus free extra street parking,

four Smart TVs, Streaming services only (No Cable), free high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower and outdoor pool.

This property does not allow smoking or pets. There is no smoking on the balcony or on the property except in designated smoking areas. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
