Sea Watch 1108 is a beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

The cool-toned living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, matching chairs, and a television with Blue Ray Player. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide, granite counter top. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The den doubles as a sleep area, furnished with a day bed with a trundle, and a television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Sea Watch 1108 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, game room, tennis court, tot lot, basketball court, gym/fitness center, security guards, one parking space (provided at the building with registration fee), six elevators, three TVs, one DVD player, free WiFi, cable TV, HBO Channels, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Will book again!

This unit is clean, well kept, and nicely stocked. It was like a home away from home. Nice utensils and other kitchen equipment; great storage in the kitchen peninsula. Loved the quality of the place from the coffee maker to the tvs. The glass tables are perfectly spaced and convenient for families. The view is beautiful and the property itself has lots of amenities. We all loved it!

Linens (sheets, towels, and pillow cases) are not provided. You can either bring your own or rent the linen package.

What is in the kitchen as far as pots and pans?
