Sea Terrace 1409 is an oceanfront condominium with two balconies. One balcony is oceanfront and the other is on the back with great views of the city and bay. Being the top floor both balconies have nothing above them, so they are always sunny.

The living area has sliding balcony doors that allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Bridging the gap between the living room and the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with an island/breakfast bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. The dining area is right off the breakfast bar. The oceanfront master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin, a double, with a trundle and a television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!
