Perfect Beach Condo Rental
This place is perfect. A close walk to the beach, and within walking distance to many good restaurants. The Bonfire is across the street and Saltwater 75 is a few blocks away. Both are excellent places to eat and are notoriously difficult to find parking on a busy night. The place is newly renovated with updated appliances and furniture. There are convenient extras such as reverse osmosis drinking water and a keyless entry lock (no need to keep track of a key). The welcome note on the refrigerator with helpful information such as nearby restaurants, grocery stores, places within walking distance to view sunsets, as well as fun side trips and activities is a nice touch. There’s a pleasant breeze on the balcony and you can see the beach too. It’s a peaceful place to vacation, yet close to everything you need.

Beautiful, open, airy condo with plenty of natural light
This condo is in a great location. Its close to route 90 and there’s a traffic light on 70th Street so we don’t have to make a u-turn to go south on Coastal Hwy. There’s a back alleyway that goes all the way down to route 90 too. It’s close to the bus stop if we didn’t feel like driving and wanted to take advantage of an all day bus pass. But, we walked everywhere- to the beach, restaurants, and down the alley way & across the street to watch the sunset at Fagers Island. We’ve even walked down to the boardwalk (to 27th street). The condo is clean, has granite countertops, big spacious kitchen, and nice flooring. It looks like it’s been recently remodeled. The bathroom countertops, vanities, etc. look brand new. We really liked sitting on the balcony. You can see and hear the ocean from it. You can see the bay from the kitchen and bedroom windows. It’s nice that it’s an end uni on the top floor, it brings in a lot of light. We’d definitely stay here again.
