It has an excellent location, only two blocks from the beach and Boardwalk! This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sea Bright 206 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. Colorful and stylish, this adorable condo with coastal decor in an undersea dream. Fun beach-themed paintings adorn the walls, giving the place a festive feel. The living room is furnished with a suede couch, an adorable love seat, and a television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has king-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has two pyramid bunk beds. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. There is also a half-bath. This property comfortably sleeps up to ten people, so bring the whole family!

Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, one elevator, five TVs, four DVD players, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, ceiling fans, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and a dishwasher.

Fantastic Location!

Clean, Comfortable, and Just Minutes From the Beach

The condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was modern, roomy, and fully-stocked with kitchenwares. The living room and dining room were comfortable and overlooked an enormous balcony with a good view of the street.The bedrooms were a good size and they all come attached to a bathroom. The master bath felt like another room unto itself, with a dual vanity sink, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance of almost everything. That being said, the street noise can get very loud at times, so if peace and quiet is your top priority, this property is probably not for you.

206 Sea Bright

This condo was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, right downtown. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended staying here for the 4th of July, watching the fireworks from the balcony was perfect. Only suggestions would be more comfortable balcony furniture, room darkening shades in the bedrooms and some additional silverware. Other than that, highly recommend!

Your first deposit is paid when you book and is half the rental amount. Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

I was just wondering if there is any possibility to rent this unit out for 5 days opposed to 7? Thanks for any help you can provide!
