Irene 306 is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals. The colorful living area has plenty of comfortable seating with two sofas and a cushioned swivel chair allowing room to gather in the living room for a family movie night. One sofa doubles as a queen sleep sofa. Enjoy a meal at the spacious dining table, breakfast bar or on the oceanfront balcony as you watch the waves of the ocean in the distance. There are many updates, including all new appliances, a remodeled master bathroom and fresh paint in the kitchen area. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and a TV. There are plenty of ways to relax with l, an outdoor sun deck, and a game room. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week. This unit has a sleep capacity of eight people.

Amenities: central air conditioning, sun deck, ping pong/fitness center, one parking space (provided at the building with registration fee), two elevators, three TVs, one DVD player, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Building Description

A spacious east facing balcony and a bright central air conditioned interior great you at this uptown ocean front high rise. Sun deck located just behind the dune with the outside shower and outside foot shower nearby. Two elevators and one car parking. Security guard on duty. Building registration fee. Gold Coast Mall and Fox White Marlin Theatres just across the street. Marvelous restaurants and fun outdoor water activities all over town.

Great Place!

Nice and Clean

The condo was very clean, the layout was great and the AC was nice and cold! The best part however was the amazing view, I loved watching the sunrise over the ocean. We also saw so many dolphins while sitting on the balcony in the morning, and one time while on the beach, they weren’t too far out either. We had a great time during our stay and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future!

We loved our stay at the Irene! The space was bigger than expected from the pictures. The view of the ocean was beautiful and we really enjoyed the large deck. The place was very clean and in a good location/ good proximity to stores and restaurants. The checking in and out process was very smooth and simple. We look forward to future stays!

During the check-In I obtained all the information necessary, everyone was kind and friendly and everything went smoothly and quickly. The property was exactly how I expected, everything was cleaned . We are willing to come back the upcoming summer.

Hello, We are very interested to book this beautiful condo for our family trip! A question we have is, is there any options for 2 parking spots or is there street parking? We will have 1 handicap car and one non handicap car. Thank you.

Hello Caitlin, Irene 306 condo has one car parking provided with the rental, but you can ask and get a second car parking at the office in the building for a fee. The building has handicap parking, and you need to ask the building manager at the front desk to provide you with the right parking. Hope this information is useful.
