This unit has a queen bed and a double futon, as well as a queen sleep sofa. This property can sleep up to six people. Stylish and comfortable, this condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week.

Amenities: unit air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, balcony facing east with balcony furniture, and 1 parking space. Escape building has outside shower among other amenities.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25

Directly ocean front, this 3 story frame building in uptown OC offers great views of the ocean and beach from the cozy east facing balcony. Unit air conditioning, an outside shower and one off-street parking space. Just across from Northside Park for crabbing, biking, and the free Sunday concerts by the lagoon. Nearby restaurants, shops, water sport activities and the movies.

We had an amazing time in this charming cozy place. The view from the deck is breathtaking. We also loved how close it was to the park. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

This property is amazing. It's clean, convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and restaurants. It was wonderful to listen to the ocean waves all day!

We had a great time! This location was beautiful! The condo was nice although, it needed a little spring cleaning. Curtains and dust ruffle could’ve used a wash and maybe a few upgrades here and there. Also the first morning when we went to make coffee the old grounds were still in there along with a bunch of mold! Other than those minor details the condo was lovely and we would definitely stay again!

The condo is a studio so no actual bedroom. The two of us were perfect for it. Don’t know if I would be comfortable with more than 3 due to the size. Great view of the beach and easy access.

It’s great for couples and if you have small children with you. We enjoyed the great view of the ocean from the balcony, the full equipped kitchen and easy access to the beach. My only issue was the bed could have been more comfortable. The couch and the futon are ok. I would recommend it to a friend.

We had a wonderful time throughout our vacation visit at this nice home! It's clean, well-equipped with everything you could desire, and really comfortable for a family vacation! The check-In process went smoothly and quickly and I obtained all the necessary information needed. Were willing to come back the following year.

I enjoyed a fantastic family vacation. The wonderful property was clean, well-kept, and also had everything you could reasonably need. Everything went smoothly and rapidly throughout the check-in process, and I obtained all of the information needed. We've already made a reservation for the upcoming summer. We can't wait to make more memories.
