This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a cute beach neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Free parking space for one vehicle on site and free street public parking on 36th in front. This property comfortably sleeps four people.

Only a half block to the beach from this ocean block three story building located just north of the downtown area. Glimpse the ocean from the south facing sunny balcony. Unit air conditioning, parking for one car and an outside shower add to the convenience. The Convention Center with its new, modern Performing Arts Center is nearby. Bayside water sports and celebrated dining spots along with mini golf or family amusements are close by.

I would say here again ,in fact I already booked a week for next summer. The location was perfect... Not to far from anything fun and close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy a nice bike ride down and far away enough from the partiers ? perfect location oh and close enough to the beach u can see it! ?

The location was ideal for a quick stroll to the beach. It was an excellent location for my family. I had everything I needed for my vacation stay. The property was exactly how i expected to be , cleaned and well organized. During the check-In I obtained all the important information, everything went smoothly and quickly.
