Unit 105 has been completely updated and recently redecorated - bedding, furnishings, appliances, paint, and carpet. Enjoy the private and natural setting of the dunes along with a beautiful ocean view in this raised first floor unit. East Winds East is a quiet, uncrowded, low-rise building in the desirable Midtown location. This condo accommodates sleeping for 6 with two doubles in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress in the living room. The unit offers easy first-floor access for children, elderly, handicapped, or anyone just anxious to skip the elevator and get on the beach. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen - complete with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, and even a blender! It comes with free high speed WiFi, cable with two TVs, two new AC units, a new full size stacked washer and dryer, and an outdoor rinsing area.

Great Stay!

This place was great, perfect location! It was very tidy and had any extras that we needed (soap, towels, pots&pans, etc). I was very impressed with the mode of contact, every call was answered quickly and they assisted me with any need. Awesome vacation!
