This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Decatur House 510 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The bright open concept living/dining room is furnished with a couch, a chair, and a television. The couch doubles as a full-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors provide awesome ocean views and allow plenty of natural light. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, so it's perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family!

Exactly as Advertised!

The place was just as described. The property had a beautiful view right over the ocean, could not ask for better location. The apartment i was in had almost everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. I would return or suggest it to friends.

Great Location!

Great location. Right on boardwalk. Close walk to get the bus, bars and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Great Location!

The condo was just in the right spot for beach access and fun along the boardwalk.The close assigned parking and elevator access made it easy to bring up our stuff with a toddler in tow. I would book this location again.

Great location. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Condo was nicely equipped. Only complaint is that it could be cleaner. Bathroom needs a really good cleaning!

This Decatur House property was awesome for our vacation. Cute little condo that fit 2 couples easily. Kitchen was well-stocked for the amount of cooking we did however if you really enjoy cooking a lot be sure to bring your favorite pan or small appliances (blender!). This is an end unit which was very nice. Pictures are accurate and the condo was fairly clean. Best part of this property is the location...Middle of the boardwalk and oceanfront!!! We really enjoyed the balcony. So far this was our favorite location in OC. So nice to park our car and walk to everything we needed. Other than a quick stop to the grocery store we didn’t move the car. Plenty to do in the area and loads of restaurants in walking distance. If I had to pick a negative it would be that the shower really needs some updating. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing family vacation trip with the wonderful home. The home was well-kept , cleaned and well organzied arranged . Throughout the Check-In it went smoothly and quickly , had all the infromation needed. Were willing to create more memories the upcoming year.

Property owners cover cleaning costs.

We are interested in summer 2019. An ocean front room. We have emotional support, registered with certificates, Burmese cat for my disabled husband . With the papers do you accept emotional support animal?

We accept service animals in accordance with ADA laws. We would need the animal's license and/or certification and identification. 

I see it shows 4 people. There are 5 of us in our family and my son wanted to bring a friend. My youngest child will only be 9 months when we plan to visit and be in a pack and play. Would we still be able to stay with her in a pack and play and my son’s friend on an air mattress?

Do I need to take dish cloths, towels, dish soap, and other cleaning supplies?

Decatur House does not supply cleaning supplies. You will have to either bring them or buy them from a local grocery store.

Linens (sheets, towels, and pillow cases) are not provided. You can either bring your own or rent the linen package.
