Close to restaurants and shopping and near the 94th Street tennis and basketball court. Unit 1208 is located on the south facing side of the building. It is not a direct oceanfront view but has a partial view of the ocean and panoramic view of the bay and the city lights looking South down the island. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and expansive views of the bay and some ocean view from the open-concept living room and dining room and the primary bedroom. Many upgrades have been made in 2021 including, some new furniture in the living room, new flat screen TVs, free wireless high-speed internet. Drop your suitcases and head to the beach to play in the surf and sand or enjoy the heated outdoor pool! This unit is conveniently located near several great restaurants and shops, which makes this an excellent rental choice for your family's vacation!
