This property features a large sunny Southern exposure balcony which provides a great view when Northside Park has their fireworks display. Off-street assigned parking for one car in the back of the building with a shared space with 203/303 on a first come first saved basis. This unit has a queen bed plus a bunk bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Sunspot is close to everything being one block to the beach and a nearby bus stop. Sunspot is close to the Delaware line for amusement center or walk to Five guys across the street or other eateries such as Captain Pizza, Beach Barrels plus others. This property sleeps six people.
