Located next to the Clarion Hotel for conferences and dining. The Ocean City Library is across the street.     There is also a city parking lot across the street for extra cars for a fee. Also near by is the Gold Coast Mall and several churches.  

Parking for 1 car per unit, and a fee is charged at the building for registration. Extra car parking is on a case by case basis and there will be an extra fee. There are no fees for registration in the off season September 25 to May 15.
