Eldorado 2 is a beach-themed condominium located on the ocean block. This one-bedroom, one bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a cute beach neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Eldorado 2 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The beachy living room is furnished with two comfy couches and a television. One couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa and the other is a double-size sleep futon. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The bathroom is located in the hallway. This property sleeps up to six people.

Amenities: two air conditioning units, one parking space, two TVs, one DVD player, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, heat, stacked washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25

Building Description

Only a half block to the beach from this ocean block three story building located just north of the downtown area. Glimpse the ocean from the south facing sunny balcony. Unit air conditioning, parking for one car and an outside shower add to the convenience. The Convention Center with its new, modern Performing Arts Center is nearby. Bayside water sports and celebrated dining spots along with mini golf or family amusements are close by.
